Her other books include Cody’s Crazy Christmas and Pumpkin Finds his Feelings. Her own long curly-haired boy inspired her to write this story in hopes that it would resonate with other curly-haired kids. She lives in San Diego with her high school sweetheart and loving son.Andrea Realpe combines her experience as a professional artist and her degree in psychology to author, and illustrate, children’s books that inspire empathy, self-acceptance, and emotional awareness.Andrea’s art is on display in private and corporate collections worldwide and has been featured on the Rachel Ray Show and People.com.
