A Record of the Zheng Lineage in Gynecology郑氏妇科传承实录The Zheng Family Gynecology: A Legacy of 29 GenerationsThe Zheng Family Gynecology has been passed down through 29 generations, spanning the Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing, and Republican periods, with a history of over 800 years. From the Song to Qing dynasties, this lineage produced more than 360 physicians and over 90 medical texts.The founding physician, Xue Jiangshi (a native of Kunshan in the Southern Song Dynasty), excelled in medicine, particularly gynecology. Having no son, he passed his knowledge to his son-in-law, the Qian family. When the Qian family also had no male heir, the medical tradition was transmitted to their son-in-law, Zheng Gongxian, from whom the Zheng family’s gynecological practice formally began.Through centuries of clinical practice, the Zheng School has developed highly effective treatments for various gynecological conditions including leukorrhea, uterine bleeding, menstrual disorders, infertility, and pregnancy-related complications.The authors of this book are representative inheritors of the Jiading branch of Zheng Family Gynecology. They have compiled handwritten case records from Professor Zheng Zhijie (28th-generation inheritor), integrated with her clinical experience and decades of practice, systematically presenting the academic philosophy and clinical methodology of the Shanghai Jiading Zheng School.This volume comprises five chapters: Historical Origins; Academic Philosophy and Clinical Experience; Professor Zheng Zhijie’s Commonly Used Herb Pairings and Proven Formulations; Selected Case Studies; and Herbal Elixirs (Gao Fang). It encompasses the Zheng School’s modern clinical approaches to common and complex gynecological conditions (including menstrual diseases, leukorrhea, gestational disorders, postpartum complications, and miscellaneous gynecological conditions), offering substantial reference value for Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology practice.郑氏妇科世代相传二十九世，历经宋、元、明、清、民国，迄今已有800余年历史。自宋至清有医家360多人，医著90多部。郑氏世医的始祖为薛将士(南宋昆山人)，精于医术，尤善女科，没有子嗣，将医术传于女婿钱氏，钱氏亦无子嗣，传医术于女婿郑公显，自郑公显始郑氏家族世业女科。郑氏妇科在长期的医疗实践中，对带下、崩漏、经乱、不孕、胎产等许多妇科常见疾病都能应手奏效。本书作者团队为郑氏妇科嘉定分支的代表性传承人，她们将郑氏妇科第二十八代传承人郑志洁教授家传郑氏妇科医案手抄本，郑志洁多年的诊疗经验以及跟师10余年的心得体会整理成册，全面反映了上海嘉定郑氏妇科的学术思想及诊疗经验。本书包括郑氏妇科渊源、学术思想与临证经验、郑志洁常用药对与验方、医案精选、膏方共五章，囊括了近现代海派中医郑氏妇科对于诊治妇科常见病及疑难杂病的临证经验（如月经病、带下病、妊娠病、产后病、妇科杂病等）。对中医妇科有一定的参考价值。
