Climate change inevitably leads to changes in river flow characteristics. Rising surface air temperature leads to melting of glaciers. Changes in precipitation patterns lead to changes in river runoff. Snow falling on the territory of the river basin in winter determines the magnitude of river floods. Rainfall briefly raises the water level in rivers. Downpours lead to the occurrence of floods. The constituents of river runoff - melted snow and glacier - are determined by precipitation regime and air temperature. Based on the mathematical model of river runoff formation, factor analysis of hydrological and meteorological series is carried out, on the basis of which the parameters of runoff and water resources formation are determined.

Air quality is personal. Its management is highly so. Asthmatic or air-pollutant-sensitive individuals depend on accurate air quality forecasts to help manage their daily activities.  However, the adverse effects of poor air quality on public health and visibility extend far beyond the daily time horizon. Pneumonic and cardiac vascular responses of individuals in all age groups...

Behruz Makhmudov / Sergey Myagkov / Sherzod Khabibullayev
A precipitação ...
