Class Reunions is the story of the class of ’72 from the small town of Griffin, Wisconsin. Beginning on graduation day and the party that night, their story skips through time to continue every five years, when they reunite with their Class Reunions. Graduation day concludes with an all-night keg party in an isolated field by the Apple River. Referred to as their five-hour reunion, this party results in epic memories and life-changing events, some of which would not be realized for years to come. For some it was only a good time, while others found it to be a turning point, a new beginning, an eye-opening look at what had been missed, or a last chance for true love. Each reunion is a story by itself, as well as a piece of a much larger tale. Whether roasting hot dogs over a campfire or sitting down to a formal dinner, each reunion has its own experience. Dance to disco, polka, ballroom music, or rock and roll. You never know what will happen at one of their reunions, be it birth, death, resurrection, or a rooftop battle. A wide cast of diverse characters bring romance, humor, action, mystery, and warm emotions. Share the classmates’ friendships, rivalries, achievements, and personal growth. Experience the trials of Scott and Lois, the misdeeds of the villainous Mike, Eve’s struggle to be more than her reputation, and Rachel’s passion for skinny dipping.  The words, Class Reunion, takes on new meaning, as classmates come to represent all walks of life. Together their stories intertwine to become relatable and entertaining in ways that will leave you looking forward to seeing them again.

Stuart Evans’s first novel is a comedy-of-ill-manners set in a nouveau riche milieu: a fantastic satirical performance and hyper-referential homage to masters past and present. Paul Keller is the Stephen Dedalus of the piece, the son of Robert and Sylvie, whose internal monologue is spliced into the action, and whose incestuous feelings for his sister lead to an increase in his...
