Questo lavoro è dedicato alla vita sull’acqua e quindi alla nascita di città galleggianti, alla luce dei cambiamenti climatici in atto. L’idea della città galleggiante è già stata al centro dell’attenzione dell’urbanistica negli anni passati sotto forma di alcune utopie.Questo lavoro cerca di evidenziare il potenziale finora inutilizzato di questa idea e di fornire una panoramica esemplare della fattibilità tecnica della progettazione e della realizzazione di una città galleggiante.
