As a young child, Pastor Francis grew up in Los Angeles, Ca with his mother, step-father, and siblings where he was sexually abused by a family friend. In his early teen years his mother abandoned him and he was sent to Philadelphia, Pa to live with his father and siblings. He began to experience life in the streets, selling drugs and the beginning of a 20 year life of drug addiction. At the age of 21 he was sent to prison where he spent 7 years of his life. In the summer of 2000 he met his wife Yajaira. Pastor Francis became the father and provider of Yajaira and her three children.
