Cheerleaders for the Team deals with a group of college football players who create an exclusive club to get all the sex they want from the cheerleaders through various sexual activities to initiate each cheerleader into the club. The captain of the team, the head of the club, and one to three other team members take part in each initiation, at various locations on campus, sometimes up in the mountains or at others locations around the university town.
