Boyd hopes to be the next Cole Porter or Irving Berlin as he works to create a musical that will make it to Broadway, but that’s like trying to catch lightning in a bottle. And never-get-involved-if-you-can-help-it Wilma is a social worker who avoids getting entangled in other people’s problems. All six will have to decide if they are who they think they are or if they’re only who they imagine themselves to be.
