Les coronavirus constituent une grande famille de virus connus pour provoquer des maladies allant du simple rhume à des maladies plus graves telles que le syndrome respiratoire du Moyen-Orient (MERS) et le syndrome respiratoire aigu sévère.La présente étude a pour but d’analyser les données relatives aux changements observés lors des tests de la fonction pulmonaire en ce qui concerne la capacité vitale forcée, le volume expiratoire forcé en une seconde et le rapport CVF/VEMS chez les sujets ayant contracté le virus covid-19 à l’hôpital Parul Sevashram de Vadodara. Les sujets post-COVID-19, hommes et femmes, âgés de 18 à 40 ans, ont été retenus pour notre étude.Sur 150 sujets, 50 ont été exclus et 100 ont été retenus pour notre étude. Les conditions pulmonaires restrictives ont été prises en compte pour notre étude. Les hommes et les femmes ont été inclus.Les données PFT ont été prises à l’aide de l’échelle d’or standard. Les résultats montrent qu’il y a des changements significatifs dans l’examen de la fonction pulmonaire chez les 100 sujets ayant suivi le programme COVID-19.
