Ist ein „weiter so' mit klassischen Change-Management-Ansätzen ausreichend oder sollte nicht auch Change Management im Kontext einer dynamischen und komplexen Entwicklung „neu gedacht' werden?Ein zentraler Einflussfaktor für aktuelle und zukünftige Change-Konzepte ist Agilität. Die Hochschule Harz hat auf Basis einer qualitativen Studie Agilität aus verschiedenen Unternehmens- und Organisationsformen - aus der Perspektive von Start-ups, konventionellen Unternehmen, staatlichen Institutionen/Behörden sowie einschlägigen Beratern - untersucht. Die daraus resultierenden Ergebnisse liefern in Verbindung mit ausgewählten neueren Managementkonzepten Impulse und Implikationen für ein an die aktuellen Herausforderungen der VUCA-Welt angepasstes zukunftsorientiertes Change-Management-Verständnis.
