The current lifestyle habits have aggravated the problem of childhood obesity. With this book we intend to explain the key reason and remedies regarding child obesity. Obesity develops primarily due to the amalgamation of genetic, ecological, psychological, metabolic and hormonal factors. The pervasiveness of obesity has shown an immense rise both in adults and children in the last few decades. It is a fact that one third of obese children and eighty percent of obese adolescents tend to suffer from obesity throughout their lives. Childhood obesity is a serious issue which needs to be dealt with on time as it can develop into fatal diseases in future.
