16 Mars 2020, au restaurant Le Sens de la Terre, Piégut-Pluviers, France: le téléphone sonne. ‘Est-ce vrai, que vous et tous les autres commerces ont dû fermés hier pour un période indéterminée ?’ ‘Oui, pour nous aussi c’était une grande surprise et un choc !’ ‘Alors ma réservation pour aujourd’hui est annulée?’ ‘Oui, nous sommes vraiment désolés!’ ‘Mais qu’est-ce que je mange aujourd’hui?’ La voix remplie de désespoir. ‘Peut- être vous avez quelque chose à la maison, des pommes de terre, des œufs, des légumes...’C’est comme ça que tout a commencé. L’idée avec les recettes sur Facebook, et maintenant un livre de 50 recettes faciles spécialement sélectionné par le chef du Sens de la Terre pour recréer le goût de ce restaurant populaire au coeur du Périgord Vert.
