出版這一本書的目的乃在提醒99%的中國人/華人所不熟悉、忽略的國際 共善的第一階段【international regimes（ir）】這個非常抽象的理論之應用和其結果。套用ir這一個理論絕對有利於汪精衛之部分平反（partial rehabilitation），再加上通過幾個不同角度的個案研究讓我更加地相信說汪於抵抗日本戰爭時期的上線就是戴笠。本書對學術界多少是有貢獻的。雖然沒有檢驗汪的不為人知的一面亦即汪 是通過他本人所撰寫、發表的南社詩話（WANG Jingwei’s Nanshe Poetry）來讓其他人進一步的了解他的內心深處，但是我描述、解釋和推論了和ir與作為戴的下線有關的這兩個新面向。總而言之，筆者有99%的把握說汪不是一個大、小漢奸。
