'《窗外词》是学人之词，它比词人之词丰富，而比文人之词厚重。有诗人的情志，智者的睿智和学者的理性；总体特点是非古非今，亦古亦今，凸显出鲜明的个人风格，有古人词的典雅意境，又有今人的情感和见识。内容简介《窗外词》是学人之词，它比词人之词丰富，而比文人之词厚重。从内容上看，大体分为纪行、时令、咏物、交游、感事抒怀五个大类。《窗外词》有三个特点：诗人的情志，充分利用长短句的优势抒发了丰富的情感。他的情感包含了家国情、师友情、古今情、天地情，有大爱无疆，也有细腻入微。智者的睿智，作者在三十多年积累职业历练的同时，也提炼了人生的智慧，这些很自然地体现在其词作中。还有学者的理性，其长达数万言的跋，既是简明的词史，又有作者对词的别有会心。作者简介耿相新，首届中国出版政府奖优秀出版人物奖获得者，2005年被列为中宣部'四个一批人才'、首届全国新闻出版行业领军人才，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。学术研究方向主要为书籍史、出版史与出版理论，出版有《忽必烈汗》（台湾知书房出版社，1992）、《中国简帛书籍史》（三联书店，2011）、《书界无疆》（中华书局，2011）、《出版的边界》（中国传媒大学出版社，2020）等著作9部，发表论文60多篇。所撰写的出版理论方面的论文三次获得中华优秀出版物论文奖。
