Many years ago I pulled an old scrapbook out of a fire. When I opened the book I was transformed back in time to the late 1800’s. There were ads and hand drawings dated from 1880 to 1883. Old German cards add an interesting look at one of the many languages that were prominent during the end of the nineteenth century. The latest farm machinery, women’s fashions, and an old minstrel ad will take you back to an earlier time in history.
