The nipple killer was a product of absolute neglect as a child. He was totally ignored by his parents. His parents were hard core alcoholics, and drug addicts. He was an unwanted child who was in the way in their quest for self-indulgence in drugs and alcohol. He was a product of alcohol fetal syndrome. His mother was totally influenced by alcohol and drugs during a teenage pregnancy, producing a child with alcohol fetal syndrome. He was a loner, he had absolutely no one that cared about him or his needs. He had no friends, no one to guide him, and his heart turned evil. His parents were clueless about life, and in a short time wasted the fortune left by her parents. All they knew and wanted was to be stoned, drunk, and were frequently found passed out on the couch by their only son, who at times had to find a way to survive, having to steal food from his neighbors to stay alive.Richard, since he was a child, his only pleasure was to see people, or animals fight and suffer. He loved to make them bleed. Blood seemed to spark his pleasure. He was fascinated with blood which he mixed with sexual rage, that gave him a feeling of superiority, and unconscious revenge. If it felt good to him, then he felt he had the right to do it, and there were no limits. After a traveled childhood in which he was shifted around to grandparents, and foster homes, as a young child, he ended up killing the only person that wanted him, and tried to teach him right from wrong, his Grandfather. He didn’t care. He followed his heart, and his heart was evil.He went into the marines, after highschool, where he learned some discipline, and after volunteering for a third term in the war in Afghanistan, he had an honorable discharge from the Marines. He returns to his hometown, where he was remembered as a travelmaker; a person without discipline, or morals or respect for authority, but now returned as a war hero. He was given the job of Chief of Police. He turned a new page, where he had to appear like an honorable, and respected authority. He starts a family, and appears to live a normal life, and seems to attend his duties as a respectful Chief of Police; but inside of him burns the hunger for blood and sexual rage. Now, as chief of police, and his experience in the military, he prepares for his victims, using his opportunities as Police Chief to commit his perfect crimes. He spent his day and night in his police car looking for the perfect victim. They all thought he was just doing his job., but he stocked his victims, and studied their vulnerabilities, and when he thought he was ready for the perfect crime, he proceeded with his bloody sexual rage. He was fixated, and wanted more, and after several victims, he became desperate for more. This led him to making mistakes which would eventually lead to his identity. From that moment on, he did not care anymore, he just wanted to be famous, he wanted people to see his evilness, of which he seemed proud of. He began killing people at random, as opportunities presented themselves before he was caught.
