Durante a evolução da doença, 40 a 60% dos doentes desenvolvem metástases hepáticas, que são síncronas em 10 a 25% dos casos.A cirurgia para remover o tumor é o único tratamento potencialmente curativo.Na situação síncrona, a abordagem cirúrgica simultânea foi validada, mas coloca um problema de abordagem.A laparoscopia pode ter um lugar nesta abordagem.O objetivo do nosso estudo foi avaliar a exequibilidade e a segurança da abordagem laparoscópica na cirurgia combinada do cancro colorrectal com metástases hepáticas síncronas.
