Par conséquent, une compréhension approfondie de la morphologie canalaire et de ses variations anatomiques est essentielle pour garantir un succès endodontique prévisible. Ce mémoire passe en revue de manière exhaustive les bases anatomiques, la prévalence, l’importance clinique, la prévention et la prise en charge des canaux non détectés dans la dentition permanente humaine.
