《新冠疫情中的生活點滴》是鄒積國博士最新作品，記錄三年多疫情期間教會和家庭生活的分享，全書共分兩輯：第一輯、疫情中的屬靈生命，包括下列四章：教會生活、靈修感悟、聖經舞臺劇與電影、基督徒分享。第二輯、疫情中的日常生活，涵蓋三章：家人相聚、閱讀心得、親友分享。鄒積國，筆名雅各，畢業於臺灣大學化學工程系。他還榮獲紐約大學坦登工學院碩士，喬治華盛頓大學工程師學位，以及沃倫國立大學博士。作者曾先後就職於霍尼韋爾、洛克希德馬丁、CSC、雷神等大公司，為國家航空與太空總署，及其他幾個聯邦政府部門提供各種專案支援。退休前後，他曾為許多家非營利機構擔任義工，包括教導來美的新移民基本電腦技能。作者熱衷於社區服務及中英文寫作，曾在萊希爾華人循理會與馬利蘭華人浸信會，參加崇拜超過三十年，擔任過各組同工、組長，以及執事、執事會主席等服事。在新冠疫情之前的一年半裡，作者每月帶領一次主日學。疫情之後，開始向《號角月報》投稿，著有《屬靈與屬世生活誌》、《屬天與屬地生活隨筆》和《談信仰話家常》。作者膝下有一對子女和一對孫子女，閒暇之餘喜歡與妻子同享天倫之樂；參加國內外旅遊、老年健身活動；以及跟好友聚餐、聊天。
