2025年4月第五届纽约法拉盛诗歌节圆满完成了来稿诗人的评选，共评出得奖人8位。相比前几届，这一届不设奖金，改为出版一册8位得奖人的合集，评委会认为让大家看到得奖人更多的作品要比奖金更有助于推广诗意的传承。因此我们收集了每位得奖人的更多作品，形成了这册诗选集。近四十多年来，移居海外的华人越来越多，于纽约法拉盛建立的诗歌节就是为了汉语诗歌在海外的创作提供交流与传播的平台。汉语诗歌在海外比较广泛的传播与发展起于1987年在纽约成立的《一行》诗刊、1990年于洛杉矶创刊的《新大陆》，以及1990年在北欧复刊的《今天》。而只针对海外汉语创作的诗歌评选则始于成立于2018年的纽约法拉盛诗歌节。诗歌起源于人类对自我命运的思考、情感的浪漫想象、社会生存的理念等，其中，每一代诗人的独立思考和表述技艺对文明史都起到了承担责任的积极意义。诗人的第一故乡是良知，可以在全球随身携带。也就是说诗歌不仅要表述在汉语为主地区的社会现象，也可以表述全球各地的，它涉及到仅仅一个国家尺寸的良知与人类整体良知的差别。所以，语言之间的翻译是人际交流的必要过程，而如今的翻译越来越容易了，一是因为高科技的发展，二是双语人才的大量产生。我们这个合集里就有两位双语得奖人，而双语诗歌也是法拉盛诗歌节所注重的项目。比如我们在2024年7月出版了海外诗人的中英双语集《美国华语诗人》，2025年还出版了汉语诗人的英语版诗集《OARS OVER WHITECAPS》.我们期盼海外的汉语诗歌创作者继续把作品参与到我们这个平台上来，注重交流与分享，在表达的探索中既形成独立思考的习惯又能用所处时代的第一手资料进行社会发展的记录。接下来，就请分享8位得奖人更多的作品吧。严 力2025年8月
