Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Klinische u. Gesundheitspsychologie, Psychopathologie, Note: 1,3, SRH Hochschule Riedlingen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Vor diesem Hintergrund interessieren aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht insbesondere die Ursachen einer derartigen Entwicklung. Die bislang vorliegenden Erkenntnisse begründen einen Handlungsbedarf mit dem vorrangigen Ziel der Erhaltung und Wiederherstellung der seelischen Gesundheit von Lehrkräften. Dabei ist eine intensive interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit anzustreben, um den komplexen Interaktionen zwischen berufsspezifischen Belastungen, gesellschaftlichem Kontext und den persönlichen Motiven gerecht zu werden. Die Zielsetzung dieser Arbeit ist daher, evidenzbasierte Diagnoseinstrumente für das Burnout-Syndrom zu identifizieren, zu diskutieren und daraus Empfehlungen für Präventionsmaßnahmen im Lehrerberuf abzuleiten.
