This study aimed to assess the prevalence of burnout and its associated factors among 100 third-year midwifery students in Tunis, Monastir, and Sfax. Conducted in March 2026, it used a questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The prevalence of burnout was 46%, with high levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. The main associated factors were lack of sleep, repeating a year, stressful on-call shifts, and a heavy workload.
