Esta obra es un compendio de diversos relatosde distintos géneros, donde se intenta que prime la humanidad de unos personajes, que transmitan vida al lector y le hagan sentirse protagonista al tratarse de situaciones que podrían involucrarles a ellos mismos alguna vez. De cualquier manera, muchos de los relatos que contiene esta obra parten de hechos ciertos de la experiencia del autor, mientras que otros solo son pura invención de su fantasía, tratando de aventurar cómo se ajustarían a la verdad, a sucesos que tendrán o ya han tenido lugar. También alguno se deriva hacia el terror y hasta a la fantasía. Va dirigida, por tanto, a un público de amplio espectro que busque un rato de solaz lectura: en especial, tal vez, a personas que no disponen de mucho tiempo y a las que un relato breve les pueda encartar en su exiguo tiempo libre. Transmiten, todos los relatos, infinidad de sensaciones al amable lector y no lo deja indiferente, imbuyéndolo en la trama hasta el final mismo de cada uno de ellos.
