Es konzentriert sich auf drei Schlüsselrezeptoren: Östrogenrezeptor alpha (ERα), humaner epidermaler Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor 2 (HER2) und epidermaler Wachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor (EGFR). Zwei chemische Familien, Pyrazol-Benzimidazol-Derivate und Baloxavir-Analoga, wurden durch QSAR-Modellierung, molekulares Docking, ADMET-Vorhersagen und Molekulardynamiksimulationen bewertet. In der ersten Studie wurden zwei Verbindungen mit starker Bindungsaffinität und günstigen pharmakokinetischen Eigenschaften identifiziert. Die zweite Studie ergab mehrere Baloxavir-Derivate mit vielversprechender Multi-Target-Aktivität, darunter eine Leitverbindung, die stabile Interaktionen mit allen drei Rezeptoren aufweist. Diese Ergebnisse unterstreichen das Potenzial von In-silico-Techniken in der frühen Phase der Arzneimittelentdeckung und bilden die Grundlage für weitere biologische Validierungen, die die Entwicklung wirksamerer und personalisierter Behandlungen für Brustkrebs unterstützen.
