The purpose of this book is to enlighten the believer concerning the things of God. I have witnessed to much doubt and unbelief in the body of Christ. As a believer from the beginning of my walk, which was right out of my mother’s womb, I have experienced nothing but the miraculous. My mother told me that at age two (2) I had pneumonia, and was not expected to live, but God intervened through a praying grandmother who believed in the miraculous. You have to realize that when I was two black people were still colored, and we were not allowed in hospitals. I was born at home and delivered by a mid-wife. My grandmother built an incubator and nursed me back to health. I can imagine that it was God that gave her the wisdom and insight on how to create this incubator to place me in order to keep me from drowning in my own fluid. If you can allow your-self to imagine all the symptoms that are associated with having pneumonia then, I believe I can help you to imagine God calling forth heaven and earth in the beginning at Genesis 1:1.In Genesis, the Bible states that, in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Verse 5 states that God called the light day and the evening night. I can imagine my grandmother calling forth my healing and commanding my lungs to function properly. It seems very strange that even though we as believers have that same power and authority, we refuse to walk in health, we refuse to call forth the blessings of God in the earth as God himself proclaimed. Too many of us refuse to take God at his word. We would rather believe this world system and how it operates than speak the sound doctrine of the infallible word of God. The word of God works and I plan on working the word to get the promises of God in my life.Let us explore the process of how and why I believe we need to continue to walk and talk-like the creator. In the book of Genesis chapter 1 verse 26, God said, 'let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let

God Colored Me Black is poetry. I desire parents, teachers, aunts, and uncles to memorize it with young children to promote high self-esteem. Growing up in the south, family and friends would tease me about the color of my skin. For some reason, God never allowed me to develop a low self-image. Being darker has been one of my greatest strengths. I chuckle, just thinking about t...
