The ORIGINAL Scratch Muscle Car Builder...You say you want a classic car build? Well, before you pick a shop to trust with your dream car build, read this book. David Miller started, owned and operated 'The ORIGINAL Scratch Muscle Car Builder,' Brand New Muscle Car for 20 years now and during that time he learned a lot of hard lessons. For starters building classics from scratch isn’t for the faint of heart, orwallet. 99% of shops shouldn’t even attempt it to begin with. Buyer beware. In this book David shares the lessons he learned about building classic cars from scratch. Why read this book?In this book David reveals what shop owners and employees know and what you as a customer should know; good, bad and ugly. He uses their latest TV Mustang build step by step, time by time, and cost by cost through the entire process to show you how builds should be done, RIGHT. The truth he learned as a builder is that 99% of shops in America today are being lazy when it comes restoration and builds and how they are organized, estimated, managed, worked, invoiced, and guaranteed, or not. And unfortunately, customers like you pay the price for their sloppy, unorganized ways. David is here to tell you what to look out for, what to expect, what to demand, what to pay for, andmostly importantly what not to pay for.
