In this true story Sara is ten years old. She tells the story of how her grown up friend was very sick and medicines didn’t seem to help her much. Her foot was bandaged and she couldn’t get around without the help of a wheelchair and crutches. Sara was saddened to see her friend in pain. Her friend needed to go to the hospital to have a special operation called an amputation to cure her illness. This was no easy operation.
