Stormtrooper were, at one time in the 80’s, the most successful rock band on the planet. Everything they touched turned to gold. But amongst all the fame was jealously and greed. Even when they finally split up, the spectre of Jimmy Parrish never fully went away.Fast forward twenty years and the band have reformed to record a new album. They are heading for the remote island of Ruma, off the Outer Hebrides. Ruma is a wild, isolated place of mystery and intrigue. They will stay at the grand house of a reclusive film director who has a state-of-the-art recording studio in the bowels of the building.Storm Alec is due to hit the island. It will cut it and its inhabitants off from the rest of civilisation.
