Einleitung:Ziel der Arbeit war es, anhand einer Fallserie und einer Literaturübersicht die biomechanischen Faktoren zu ermitteln, die bei der Entstehung der Epiphysiolysis femoris superior eine Rolle spielen, und die biomechanischen Faktoren für die Stabilität der Epiphyse femoris superior nach einer perkutanen Verschraubung zu untersuchen.Methoden:Es handelte sich um eine retrospektive Längsschnittstudie, die in der orthopädischen Abteilung des Kinderkrankenhauses in Tunis über einen Zeitraum von 7 Jahren durchgeführt wurde. Die Ergebnisse wurden klinisch anhand des PMA-Scores und radiologisch anhand der Berechnung des verbleibenden Kippwinkels bewertet. Ergebnisse:Der wichtigste biomechanische Faktor, der an der Entstehung von EFS beteiligt war, war Fettleibigkeit. Sie wurde in 58 % der Fälle festgestellt, wobei ein adiposo-genitaler Morphotyp 11 % ausmachte.Schlussfolgerung: Die Kenntnis der biomechanischen Faktoren bei der Platzierung der Kopfschraube ist der Garant für eine stabile Osteosynthese.
