Ce livre traite de la synthèse de points de carbone dopés à l’azote (N-CD) fluorescents verts par pyrolyse sans solvant, et de leur application dans le développement d’argent (Ag/N-CD) et de cuivre (Cu/N-) dopés à l’azote fluorescents bleus. CD) nanocomposites. Ces composites servent de capteurs d’acide urique (UA) très efficaces, avec une extinction de fluorescence visible à l’œil nu. L’extinction en fluorescence est due à l’effet synergique entre l’effet de filtre interne de fluorescence (IFE) et l’effet d’extinction statique, avec une limite inférieure de détection (LDL) de 4 µM fonctionnant ainsi comme un biocapteur UA très rapide. Le livre met en avant une méthode simple et respectueuse de l’environnement pour une détection rapide de l’UA sans interférence catalytique.
