From the War of Independence to the Irish Civil War, she and these women and their families invite us to reconcile patriotism and fealty with romance and revenge as they interact with key historical figures.Proceeds from this book are shared between the Monreagh Ulster Scots - Scots Irish Heritage and Educational Center in Donegal, Republic of Ireland that works toward equality and justice; and the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Wilson College, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA that educates leaders for justice.
