This book aims to expose a successful treatment applied to a case of binge eating disorder, the methodology used comes mainly from behavioral psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychology, however, was also used as an intervention technique ACT therapy acceptance and commitment, all these served to reduce the behavior of eating through binge eating.
