Chronische Rückenschmerzen sind eine häufige, invalidisierende und multifaktorielle Erkrankung, die aufgrund ihrer physischen, psychologischen und sozioökonomischen Folgen ein großes Problem für die öffentliche Gesundheit darstellt. Seine Behandlung muss multidimensional sein.Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Wirksamkeit von drei therapeutischen Ansätzen bei der Behandlung chronischer Kreuzschmerzen zu vergleichen: konventionelle Rehabilitation allein, globale posturale Rehabilitation (GPR) und neurophysiologische Schmerzerziehung (NSE) in Verbindung mit konventioneller Rehabilitation, indem ihre jeweiligen Auswirkungen auf die Schmerzen, die Funktionsfähigkeit und den psychologischen Zustand der Patienten beurteilt wurden.Diese Studie hat die Wirksamkeit der Integration neuer Ansätze in die Behandlung chronischer Rückenschmerzen aufgezeigt. RPG und END in Verbindung mit konventioneller Rehabilitation bieten komplementäre Vorteile, wobei RPG spezifische Auswirkungen auf die Funktionsfähigkeit und END spezifische Auswirkungen auf Schmerzen und den psychologischen Zustand hat.
