Is it just wishful thinking, or has their dear friend actually returned?Bungee Cord: Charlotte, although everyone but her mom calls her Charlie, returns to her hometown in South Carolina for a short weekend to attend her little brother’s high school graduation. Despite what should be a joyous occasion, she must navigate the turbulent relationships she has with her emotionally distant father, her older brother recovering from addiction, and her overbearing, callous mother. The bonds that hold the family together are put to the test as tensions rise.
