Ein behinderter Arbeitnehmer ist eine Person, die aufgrund ihrer Behinderung Schwierigkeiten haben kann, die Aufgaben ihres Arbeitsplatzes auszuführen. Die Anpassung des Arbeitsplatzes besteht darin, Barrieren zu beseitigen und die Bedingungen des Arbeitsprozesses so zu ändern, dass er von einem Arbeitnehmer mit einer Behinderung ausgeführt werden kann. Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, festzustellen, ob die Maquiladora-Unternehmen in Santa Ana, Sonora, die Möglichkeit haben, Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit Behinderungen anzupassen. Die Informationen wurden durch Fragebögen eingeholt, die Daten wurden statistisch ausgewertet, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Maquiladora-Unternehmen in Santa Ana, Sonora, keine behindertengerechten Arbeitsplätze einrichten, weil es nicht genügend Informationen über die Eingliederung von Menschen mit Behinderungen in den Arbeitsmarkt gibt und sie nicht wissen, dass das Gesetz vorschreibt, dass alle Unternehmen Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit Behinderungen bereitstellen müssen.
