Becoming on Purpose

What if becoming the person you were meant to be does not begin with trying harder, but with receiving Life? Many of us spend years striving to become enough-successful enough, strong enough, disciplined enough, spiritual enough, useful enough. We work on our habits, chase goals, carry expectations, compare ourselves with others, and keep reaching for a version of life we hope will finally make everything settle into place. But Jesus came to give something deeper.Life.Becoming on Purpose is an invitation to receive the Life Jesus came to give and learn how to live that Life fully-from the inside out.Written for spiritually curious people, unchurched and non-church readers, young adults, new believers, and Christians who sense there is more, this practical, grace-centered journey explores questions that touch real life:Who am I? Can I really change? What do I do with my thoughts and emotions? How do I know God is leading me? What do I have to give? How do I discover purpose without turning life into another performance?Through Scripture, personal stories, mentoring wisdom, and practical frameworks, Steven Robertson helps readers explore identity in Christ, renewing the mind, emotional health, yielding the will, walking with the Holy Spirit, relationships, gifts, work, purpose, dreams, leadership, and legacy. At the center is a simple order:Received before achieved. Identity before activity. Grace before works.Growth matters. Obedience matters. Faithful effort matters. But they are not the price of God’s love.Jesus came to give Life-Life to receive, Life to enjoy, Life to grow in, and Life that can overflow through you for the good of others.Receive the Life. Learn to live it. Let it overflow. His Life. Through your life. On purpose. That positioning matches the manuscript’s own movement from striving toward receiving Life, then allowing His Life to shape the life actually lived.
