Except for the 'Travel Tales', the story settings are all in Ontario. You will read about such things as unexpected happenings while travelling, encounters with the departed, fouled wedding plans, water-skiing gone awry, etc., as well as reliving a bit of Expo’67 and the Havelock Bank Robbery of 1962. You will even become acquainted with morels and spoonerisms! In addition, Heather has included in this book, a chapter of insightful, reflective stories, all based on her life of sixty-plus years. As in her other books, a few pictures here and there, adds to the interest.The colourful, autumn scene on the cover is taken at Whiteduck Lake, Combermere, Ontario.
