Be About It....(BEING) is both a spiritual and a self book that identifies and analyses with our true selves, our true beings. We are all human beings who are on this planet for a reason and that reason is to be ourselves, or the best selves we can possibly be. This book hence explores this fact and enhances our thinking into why we are here, what our purpose is and how our Being affects our goals in life. This book takes us back to our true being, as humans who are capable of anything regardless of our circumstances, background, race or culture. Being born and raised as a Christian in Jamaica and then converted to accept and practice the Buddhist Philosophy in England, I have explored both practical and theoretical aspects of human belief. I have used my knowledge of both Western and Eastern Philosophy, with a blend of Science, Psychology, modern day happenings, Pop Culture and my own experiences to present this book which is a must read for anyone who is unaware of their true purpose.

Stuart Evans’s first novel is a comedy-of-ill-manners set in a nouveau riche milieu: a fantastic satirical performance and hyper-referential homage to masters past and present. Paul Keller is the Stephen Dedalus of the piece, the son of Robert and Sylvie, whose internal monologue is spliced into the action, and whose incestuous feelings for his sister lead to an increase in his...
