Being born and raised as a Christian in Jamaica and then converted to accept and practice the Buddhist Philosophy in England, I have explored both practical and theoretical aspects of human belief. I have used my knowledge of both Western and Eastern Philosophy, with a blend of Science, Psychology, modern day happenings, Pop Culture and my own experiences to present this book which is a must read for anyone who is unaware of their true purpose.
