Celem badań jest ocena adekwatności wyposażenia szpitala, skuteczności praktyk administracyjnych, wydajności personelu medycznego oraz poziomu zadowolenia pacjentów. W badaniu wykorzystano zarówno dane pierwotne, jak i wtórne. Dane pierwotne zebrano za pomocą ustrukturyzowanych wywiadów i kwestionariuszy wypełnionych przez pacjentów, lekarzy, pielęgniarki i personel pomocniczy, natomiast dane wtórne pozyskano z książek, czasopism, raportów i dokumentacji szpitalnej. W badaniu zastosowano model badawczy o charakterze opisowym, a dane analizowano przy użyciu prostych narzędzi statystycznych, takich jak wartości procentowe, średnie i wykresy.
