Most of these individuals exhibit eccentric traits. Some believed that migrating to the United States would offer a better life and a solution to their problems. However, the outcome was disillusionment and a longing to return to their homelands. Additionally, the novel highlights the significant contributions and presence of migrants in states like Florida and New York.
