Ce paradoxe - un pays riche en terres fertiles mais pauvre en alimentation de qualité - révèle une urgence : repenser nos modes de production et de consommation alimentaires à partir des réalités locales.L’autosuffisance alimentaire n’est pas un luxe, mais une nécessité vitale pour les familles congolaises. Elle représente la capacité des ménages à produire eux-mêmes une part significative de leur nourriture, de manière durable, économique et respectueuse de leur environnement. Dans un contexte de pauvreté généralisée, de chômage et d’instabilité des marchés alimentaires, cette autonomie devient un véritable bouclier contre la faim et la malnutrition.
