Nach der Analyse vor allem der Fehler in Wissenschaft und Forschung, steht nun die Selbstvertretungsszene im Fokus der Betrachtung. Dabei ist die zentrale These des Buches, dass die Selbstvertretungsszene im Bereich Autismus von symbiotischem Narzissmus geprägt ist. Und dadurch eine positive Veränderung im Verständnis von Autismus und der Förderung von Autisten nicht nur nicht fördert - sondern dieser dringend notwendigen Veränderung sogar massiv im Wege steht.
