Ziel der Studie ist es, die Auswirkungen der Motivation von Lehrern auf ihre Arbeitsleistung zu untersuchen. Diese Studie wurde im Distrikt Burera durchgeführt, wobei folgende Fragen untersucht wurden: Untersuchung der Auswirkungen von Hygienefaktoren auf die Arbeitsleistung von Lehrern in Internatsschulen und zwölfjährigen Grundschulen (Tagesschulen) im Distrikt Burera; Analyse der Auswirkungen von Motivationsfaktoren auf die Arbeitsleistung von Lehrern in Internatsschulen und zwölfjährigen Grundschulen (Tagesschulen) im Distrikt Burera; Bestimmung der Art und Weise, wie die Kompetenzen von Lehrern ihre Arbeitsleistung in Internatsschulen und zwölfjährigen Grundschulen im Distrikt Burera beeinflussen; Vergleich der Auswirkungen der Motivation von Lehrern auf die Arbeitsleistung in Internatsschulen und zwölfjährigen Schulen im Distrikt Burera. Die Daten wurden mit Hilfe von Fragebögen, Interviews, Unterrichtsbeobachtungen und Dokumentendurchsicht gesammelt, um entsprechende Antworten zu finden. Die Daten wurden mit Hilfe von SPSS (Statistisches Paket für die Sozialwissenschaften) ausgewertet.
