‘Australian Vietnamese Golf Association (AVGA): For Love of the Game’ captures the love and friendships through the game of golf among Australian Vietnamese, Australians and Vietnamese from around the World.It shows the story of integration of members of Vietnamese community into the wider Australian society through the game of golf. It displays 10 years of AVGA’s social activities. Through golf numerous friendships were established which led to successful business ideas and new co-operations, such as the Vietnamese Entrepreneur Association – Sydney.   The successful stories demonstrate through 309 photographs of golfers’ activities in action, social functions, grand ceremonies and gala dinners. The book contains 110 pages of colourful photographs that record 10 years of AVGA’s unforgettable Open Championships and social activities on some of the most beautiful golf courses in Australia and Vietnam: the St Michaels' Golf Course, the Riverside Oaks Gangurru Golf Course, the Ha Long Bay Golf Course, the Quy Nhon Golf Course, etc.Readers are also entertained with fun golf poems (in Vietnamese) by AVGA’s Captain Tri Tue Tran.It leaves the readers with a positive impression of GOLF: “the Game of Love and Friendships”. 3
