Bodins Untersuchung gibt den Anstoß, das Bild vom Journalismus als 24-Stunden-Job zu korrigieren, weil dieser Selbstanspruch mit Burnout zusammenfällt. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, langfristige redaktionelle Planung, ein moderierender Führungsstil und berufliche Reflexion sind weitere Mittel zur Prävention von Burnout.
