Asthma, eine heterogene und multifaktorielle Pathologie aufgrund einer chronischen Entzündung der Bronchien, stellt die häufigste chronische Atemwegserkrankung in der Pädiatrie dar.In unserer Studie konnte Asthma in 36 % der Fälle kontrolliert werden. Allerdings wurde im letzten Jahr der Nachbeobachtung fast die Hälfte der Patienten (n=23) wegen eines Asthmaanfalls eingeliefert, von denen 13 auf die Intensivstation verlegt wurden und am häufigsten ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert wurden Asthmaanfälle erlitten (p=10-3) und hatten ein höheres Risiko, auf der Intensivstation stationär behandelt zu werden (p=10-3).Das Wissen von Müttern und Betreuern war unzureichend, daher ist es wichtig, die Anzahl der Schulungssitzungen zu erhöhen und die laufende Schulung der Betreuer zu stärken.
