Les tumeurs desmoïdes extra-abdominales (TDEA) sont des tumeurs rares des tissus mous qui affectent essentiellement les adultes jeunes de sexe féminin. Elles constituent des tumeurs bénignes localement agressives.L’origine de ces tumeurs est multifactorielle. Les signes cliniques et radiologiques ne sont pas spécifiques. Le diagnostic repose sur l’examen histologique et l’étude immunohistochimique. Dans les cas de diagnostic difficile, le recours à la biologie moléculaire est souhaitable. Leur évolution est marquée par la survenue de récidive locale. L’apparition d’une deuxième localisation à distance est exceptionnelle. La stratégie thérapeutique n’est pas encore standardisée du fait de la rareté de ces tumeurs d’où la difficulté de la réalisation de grands essais randomisés. Ce travail a pour objectifs de préciser les aspects cliniques et radiologiques des TDEA, d’étudier les caractéristiques histologiques et immunohistochimiques de ces tumeurs et de discuter leurs modalités thérapeutiques et évolutives.
