O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar as práticas e os problemas do sistema de avaliação de desempenho dos funcionários. A intenção do estudo era que a maioria dos funcionários estava desmotivada no trabalho, não estava satisfeita com a avaliação de desempenho, havia reclamações entre os departamentos sobre recompensas e rotatividade frequente de funcionários. A importância de melhorar o sistema de avaliação, a formação contínua para a sensibilização sobre o método de avaliação, o compromisso tanto do avaliador como do avaliado, a confiança e a lealdade ao longo do processo de avaliação foram recomendados para superar os desafios e os obstáculos do sistema de avaliação do desempenho dos funcionários.
