Ziel der Ausführungen ist es, die grundsätzlichen arbeitsrechtlichen Anforderungen an den Arbeitgeber zum Ausspruch und zur Wirksamkeit einer personenbedingten Kündigung darzulegen und zu erläutern. Es geht um die Fragen, welche Grundlagen für ihre soziale Rechtfertigung gegeben sein müssen und wann eine solche Kündigung möglich ist.
