It highlights the advantages and disadvantages of laser therapy and describes its effects on soft tissue. The goal of this review is to provide an overview of the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects of soft tissue lasers in periodontics.The purpose of this systematic review is to compile all the relevant data about the applicability of the lasers over soft tissue in terms of anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory and complication pf the same. Detailed and extensive research has been done collect and compile the data.
